Like you, I've been reading and researching for months. I've gone full nerd and have a spreadsheet with spring rates from OME, Ironman, and Dobinsons.
One thing that stood out is the Ironman front coils are a lot higher rate than others. I'm wondering how that translates into ride quality..? I'm not sure how their dampers deal with the higher rates. It appears the OME philosophy is to use the same rate and make the spring longer for the most part.
I had been looking at the 65ABC front coils, but they may be too high of a rate. Might have to plot the 55s to see how they fall.
The more I get into it the more confusing it gets.

I’m very happy with IM, just wanted slightly less rake with rear OMEs. Good luck, but remember all of the thinking and coil rate spreadsheet specs are splitting hairs over fractions of inches. Whatever you choose, you will be much happier compared to OEM ride.
