First, I ordered the Eibach kit from a shop out in Ohio. When I received the kit the springs appeared damaged. The finish was flaking off. I believe this was from how they packaged them. They placed the front springs inside the rear springs. This caused them to bang around against each other during shipping. Now, I paid extra to have the top hats installed so I wouldn't have to mess with it. When I contacted the shop I bought them from they stated there was nothing they could do because they can't be returned or exchanged once the top hats were installed. They then further accused me of being the one to damage them. Naturally, not wanting damaged goods I filed a claim with PayPal and miraculously the guy decided to allow me to return them. He wrote in an email " have them sent back and I'll refund you". PayPal temporarily refunded me while they investigated. Several months later I get a charge back. I call PayPal and they say this business is saying I never sent the lift kit back. Jokes on them as I was able to provide proof from UPS with a tracking number and his signature signing for the package. Point of the story is really be careful who you do business with. Keep your receipts and shipping info. Im not sure what the rules are about posting about shops on here but this is really scumbag sh*t.
I ended up placing an order with ToyTec who did a phenomenal job packaging up the product and getting it out to me.

I see no reason you can't post who you did business with and then in turn tried this maneuver on you.
I would like to know "who not to do business with"!
