Rear Tire WATER spray from stem?

Hi everyone,

I have a 2005 4Runner with BF Goodrich 265 All Season Tires.

After a brutally cold snowstorm a couple weeks ago in Northeast, I saw my left rear tire looked low on air (sagging a bit). It was at around 14PSI which I filled up to 34.

I checked this week again and it is down to 30. So Im guessing theres a slow leak somewhere. Weirdly though, when taking the pressure reading, a little bit of water kept lightly spraying out of only that wheel.

How the heck does water get in there? How do I fix it? I got tires at Toyota so should I just have them check it out?

Thank you
