I dont trust anything the service reps tell me at the dealerships. you need to talk to the Tech. I had a Service guy quote me $120 to enable the all window roll down from the key fob. said he wasnt sure he was an available option. I know its software but at BASE all the $runners are the same with respect to body and ECU. BTW i enabled it myself with the $20 Carista Dongle
