But I think after doing some more measuring this weekend, the only way that's going to work is if the light is mounted on top of the crossbar, which I'm not interested in since they are 2.5" ... would stick up way too much.
I was able to mount both S2s and S1s on the bottom side of the last crossbar as chase lights. However, if you are going to use rear lights as camp or work lights you will most likely have to mount them on the top side on the furthest channel.
