Passenger Rear Turn signal quit working after light bar/ditch light install

Hello!

So I recently installed a light bar and some ditch lights on my 08 4runner. It seems like after I installed those lights, my passenger rear turn signal quit working. Bulb was fine as I tested it in the driver side socket without issue. Curious if I could have possibly cut a wire when going through the firewall with a flathead screwdriver? Fuses looked good, and I would think if it was a fuse issue more than one blinker would be out.

Anyone have any suggestions?
