Welcome!! Join up on some FB groups. San Diego 4runners and TRSD (Toyota Rigs San Diego)
We plan runs there all the time and everyone is .... well usually friendly


In general for any event when you're new find the person leading the event, introduce yourself and be honest about your experience and equipment; and any good trail leader will take a few minutes to help you meet some folks and walk you through what to expect.
