All 4Runners for the last few years, even 2WD, come from the factory with a full size spare identical to the running wheels/tires. I don't know about early 4Runners.

Its craigslist, so not fact checked, but you can see in the picture that it's p265, not 65; i.e. doofus putting a craigslisting. It's a factory take off. Identical to the OEM size on the vehicle. Just on a steel rim. Not saying they don't exist, but I personally haven't seen a space-saver spare on the 4runner/tacoma
