This is the bottle. Amazon.com: Dorman 603-001 Coolant Reservoir Bottle, White: Automotive

Used rivnuts to attach it to the fender and had to make a bracket for the 3rd attachment point. Drilled holes for the pumps and installed. Pretty easy.
