As far as copart, you need a dealer license, I have a shop contact through a coworker who has access to the account. We buy it through him, he does a the paperwork, charges 200 bucks to sign the cars back over to us. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.
And no, it is far from my first copart encounter haha. 5th time to be exact haha.
