I took my time, so I spent about an hour doing the install. I could have done it quicker, but I was being careful with pulling off the original top grill piece.

I am very happy with the results on my 2021 Venture.

Any way we could get a close up picture of the garnish at the edges? Thinking of pulling the trigger on the one from 4runnerlifestyle but wondering what the gap situation is. I see there is an image link in the quoted message but I can't see the image for whatever reason.
