A toyota master tech installed them, that said, I've seen him not torque many things I would of torqued so you might be correct there. Just also wondering why they were advertised as OE bushings and when I contacted them they referred to them as "OE style" and were not replaceable. Yet the OE strut bushings are replaceable. I was hoping he'd just say they were the OEM bushings and I'd know I could replace them that way.
