Hey, I think I may be able to help here.

I run Bilstein 5160 piggyback reservoir shocks, which are constructed similar to these Kings. I ran into the same issue.

I ended up getting a piece of stock aluminum from my local Lowe's and made my own remote brackets, sandwiched between the bumpstop and frame like so (Swaybar was removed in these pics):





No more sway contact, and out of the way from the tires too.

The aluminum is lightweight and pliable enough to bend without much heat. Still super rigid too. May give you some ideas. Long story short, I think I've learned that there is no way to run a sway bar out back with a piggyback resi attached to the shock.
