Vibration at city speeds

I have an 07 4runner with a 2.5” lift. The vehicle has 179k miles but the lift has about 200 on it. I bought it from a dealer who installed the lift kit.

When I’m going around 30-40mph, I sometimes will get a vibration, similar to going over a rumble strip.

I’ve seen a variety of potential reasons for this including the needle bearing, transmission fluid, and tire alignment.

Planning to go to a mechanic this week, but wanted to check in and see if there are any other tips.

It only happens when I am on the accelerator and stops when I let off. It is intermittent, but can be reliably reproduced. Threads saying that its the needle bearing said to switch to 4H and if it stops, then that’s th problem. It does stop when I switch, but I can reproduce the vibration in 4H, though it isn’t as intense.
