These things are pretty fool-proof (registered Fool here), so don't stress over it. The things are almost frustratingly basic - a refreshing throwback or an annoyance - your choice. To me, real ECU data for engine and trans temps are priceless. The dash gauge is worthless until it's too late. There are threads on here somewhere that document the process to add trans temps that I followed and then I repeated them in another thread and they worked for that person.....can't find them at first glance.

Thanks for the help just ordered one. I have torque app and multiple bt adaptors in my cars. I just wanted somthing more permanent that I didn't have to screw with everytime I get in the truck.
