I mean this kind of issue happens to alot of 4runners but at random mileages. Some go at 100k some go out at 300k its a shoot of the dice. And its beyond annoying. Only thing toyota invest good money on was the engines back in the mid 2000s everything else is literally junk. Like everything else fails and just go wrong or rust....
But that a whole other story
