Personally, I've never really been a fan of cross rotating tires although I've been told that when you have a MT tire it should be cross rotated. Not sure how true that is...

More than likely you're due for a alignment and balancing on all 4 tires. Make sure you let them know your vehicle was not pulling prior to the rotation so they are aware. It is good practice to align and balance at least once a year or every 10-20K miles as preventive maintenance.
