All used car valuations right now are sky high, so only you can decide if it's worth it to you. If you're selling or trading-in something, you should expect top dollar for yours (way more than KBB/Edmunds are currently showing on their websites). The flip side is you'll basically give it back and then some for anything you buy right now.
For $27k I would look to buy a new one personally. 100k miles of who knows what kind of maintenance it had... That's a lot of cheddar for potentially someone else's problems/mistakes.
