I filled the tabs and slots where the tabs go with silicon to glue them in, and ran a short bead on each side. I was worried that water might collect if I put a bead all the way around the bottom.
Also, they came black and shinny, so I hit them with a random orbit to scuff the surface before painting.
P.S. 1D4 titanium metallic is getting hard to come buy. All my local parts stores had no 1D4 (duplicolor BTY 1615) and could not order any more.
