Am curious to see what other answers you come up with. I've done most of the work on mine myself but there are a couple things I want gone through.
I was flagged down by a member of the Hilux Surf offroad group on facebook (i am not on facebook unfortunately) and he asked me to join to go trailing etc.
Longer story short - I found the group on instagram and they seem to have members who frequent a shop out west over the MD line in VA.
Seems like this guy (based on his posts) only works on older gen 4Runners/Land Cruisers.
I cant vouge for his work (yet) I may end up taking mine there.
