This is probably the name of the chinese company who makes the parts. If you name your fake chinese company: "Genuine Toyota Parts Company" and print that on the box, who is to argue? It seems that if Toyota USA caught the seller with the toyota logo in the ad they would probably be sued, thus the seller is using cheap scammy photography editing techniques to fool buyers.
