So you’ve got lots of options. Certainly one alternative that works well for many is the Napa quickstruts
With the 5100 you could get a stock level coil from moog or someone’s 5th gen take off springs and keep your cornfed lift
You could take off the cornfed lift and adjust the front suspension up to 1.85 with the springs noted above
Or you could take off the cornfed, bilstein clip not adjusted up and use like old man emu 885 and 895e springs
