All my recovery gear is from Bubba Rope, Factor 55, ASR Offroad, ARB, Hi-Lift, and I have a Smittybilt X2O 10k Synthetic winch. I have a couple USA made D-ring shackles I got off eBay but I stick with soft shackles for everything.
As long as you buy from a brand name you are good to go. Everything I have has done it's job well so far.
