Toyota's normal build spec is a 15-year service life with normal usage. That said, the Land Cruiser is built to a 25-year service life w/ offroad usage.
Obviously these trucks age well but a lot of us are coming up that milestone. That said, I'd be much less worried about overall mileage and more concerned with level and quality of maintenance - which you've clearly done very well.
Toyota was amused with my dad when he asked if he needed to consider an engine rebuild/overhaul on his last Tacoma. That truck had 300k miles and ran like a top when he traded it.
