Fronts are identical and will bolt in without issue. Rear shocks are where you run into a problem with the lower mount on the axle. The Tacomas use a smaller stud than what is used on the 4th gen 4Runner. Since that site doesn't show any good pics of the lower mount, it's hard to tell what might need changed and if it's possible at all. It might be possible to replace the lower OME bushings with these -
Amazon.com: Energy Suspension 9.8108G 3/4" Hourglass Shock Eye Bushing: Automotive but I honestly have no clue without seeing and measuring them.
You could see if you can exchange just the rear shocks for one that are designed for the 4Runner.
