I may be in the minority here. However I actually like my trd pro rack. I use Yakima bar adapters on the crossbars and have my maxtrax and a 4 gallon rotopax fuel container on top. Built a diy high lift mount for the side using drag racing ballast clamps and hardware from ace that couldn’t be better. I’m not interested in a RTT or carrying significant weight up top so this work perfectly for me. No drilling and with the Yakima I’m using the stock maxtrax and rotopax mounts. I couldn’t be happier.
