I'd try to talk them down as much as you can. I'm not seeing any rust in the pictures and that's huge because almost anything else, other than a bent frame, you can work with. Change the radiator and LBJs immediately. Also, I find it hard to believe that someone installed lockers on that rig so you might want to double check. If so are they selectable or automatic? That might be a deal breaker.
