Read through this thread. A few of us out posted our experiences.

Eibach 5th Gen 2.0 Coilover Kit

Agreed, adjusting down before installing would be a good idea. The trouble is having solid way to hold onto them. If you've got a good size vise mounted to a heavy bench possibly? I didn't have too much trouble doing with them installed. Just mark the adjusting ring and count turns.
