OME (Old Man Emu) is a manufacturer with their own line of springs primarily for lifted Toyotas. It can definitely cause confusion. If you are looking to keep things stock, KYB Gas-a-just or Bilstein 4600's are generally the recommended aftermarket shocks. As far as springs go, you almost certainly don't need to replace the fronts, but are more likely to need to replace the rears as they do tend to sag.

As others have said, the typical recommendation is to go OEM only for lower ball joints as a failure is catastrophic. I would stay away from that kit.
