From my research on toyota trucks it seems if maintenance is followed and you don't live in an area with a lot of snow/salted roads, these cars can run 500k miles pretty easily.

My other car is a Porsche 911 and older 996 turbos are hitting 300k miles on original motors and trannies. The owner stayed on top of all maintenance obviously, but those cars are also built bullet proof. Maintenance goes a loooong way.
