The FJ front coils are 1/4" taller on the drivers side to account for the lean. Is the 1/4" spacer still needed as this is the first I'm hearing this. The FJ coils have paint codes that make IDing which side the coil goes on very clear. Thanks again for the info. If I need the spacer I will get one, I hope to tear it down once. I'm also replacing the upper and lower control arms from Freedom Off Road. The suspension is 15 years old and after 147k miles the ball joints must be getting tired.
