I've got a friend who's daughter has a 2015 RAV 4. Initially, when she would turn the headlights on manually, the SUV would shut off. The battery was replaced in January, alternator tested as well as fuel pressure. This continued to occur, so she left the headlights in auto. After 2 weeks, when pulling into a parking garage it cut off again. She was able to crank it up and pull it out of the parking garage for a tow. Toyota is currently telling her the battery needs to be replaced, but this has been an ongoing issue even after the last replacement. Any direction or info on if this issue has been resolved previously would be greatly appreciated.
