The DRL feature uses the high beam slightly dimmed. Normally this would not be a problem, but you say you're looking to match the color of your LED low beams. That kind of points towards a drop in 9005 LED bulbs.

Here's the rub. The dimming is accomplished through Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Think of PWM as rapid short pulses of power. LEDs do not like that. That said, I can't recommend anything other than some of the "blue tinted" halogen bulbs and those are going to seriously diminish the light output. Do you really want to give up your distance lighting just to match the color of your low beams?
