Stay clear of 99 "tall" springs. Like all other OEM ones from other years they will soon sag in the ass big time. I bought mine new as part pf the SS3 kit (no now longer available) and they dropped that coveted inch after a couple of years with just a dog in the back and no spare! Put that money towards OME or others.
