Would waiting for it to get worse before doing anything cause damage to other parts?

Would you replace the clutch and the syncros at the same time?

I assume the price to replace a syncro is in the thousands if I have someone else do it. I'll try eliminating the other possible causes because I don't want to take apart the transmission if I don't have to.

If I replace one syncro should I do them all at the same time?
