I bought my 4r over the phone, then picked it up when it came in. I hadn't been in a Toyota dealer in 30 years, but when I saw the faces on the waiting room full of customers getting their "free" oil changes, then hearing as they were whisked away to the service desk about what they found during the service, I was absolutely certain I'd never be sitting in that waiting room, ever. I've only been back to get fuel pump recall done, which worked out well as I got time/mileage recorded for the extended warranty I purchased on the other side of the country.
