Cool 4th gen wheels fit 3rd gen offset?

I have a 3rd gen (1996 SR5) and want to put 4th gen wheels on it since I found 4th gen 16’s locally (and cheap) and in much better shape. The specs of the 4th gen (six spoke?) alloys are: 16x7JJ with an offset of 30 wearing 265/75r16 tires. The wheels on my 96 SR5 are 16x7JJ with 15 offset, wearing 265/70r16 tires. Will the 15 mm offset difference and/or the tire size difference mean a bad fit or bad ride or weaker set up off road?
