I did my first oil change about a month ago. I had bought the cheapest housing removal tool with decent ratings. The plastic housing was on so tight, I actually broke the tool. I then ordered the motive X removal tool and put the 27mm socket on the impact wrench to take it off. I didn't realize it during the process, but I had cracked the plastic housing and had a major leak. I needed the vehicle back in service so went and bought the Dorman version. Of course, as the reviews state, I've had a very slow leak over the last couple of weeks. I ordered the OEM metal housing and it literally was delivered earlier today. Now I read this thread...
