I'd avoid the rough country kit.
Go with FJ or 5th gen coils. They are cheapest option, super comfortable ride, and gives you a great suspension refresh.
You can probably run your stock shocks in the rear until you can afford some 5100s. Go with stock length. This will give you an idea of where the coils get you in height, and you can add trim packers later if you think you need too.
I ran FJ coils with 5100 all around for a while. It felt great and looked great.
I later replaced the rear coils with Dobinsons due to my weight requirements (3 kids, hunting load out, tools).
For a reference......I paid 100 bucks for all 4 coils. Super cheap for the quality.
