Well, I was called and told the problem was solved! I went up there and test drove it to verify, and if has been fixed!!
The tech said it was the steering boot located above the pedals. He said every time the 5th cylinder would fire it would cause vibration to occur to the boot. To fix it they added some additional silicone lubricant to the boot. I am not very handy when it comes to anything other than Jeep Wrangler/Gladiator lifts, so don't shoot the messenger.
None the less, this has been a HUGE headache that hopefully is behind me.
They did create a service bulletin because they said this problem was a bear to diagnose.
