Can just the filter be replaced, if so is it an off-the-shelf filter or will it need to be custom ordered from Russia? Is the filter washable? Where does this get installed exactly? Would installing one require me to make permanent modifications to my air vents? How effective is it? How noisy/noticeable is it? How hard would it be to remove/reinstall it should it need servicing?
Thanks.

1. It's an off the shelf filter media that's standard issue for many cars, with 3d Printed Housing.
2. It installs above the Blower Fan in the opening.
3. You replace the whole unit, filter and all.
4. No additional noise.
5. 10 minutes to replace. Total of 7 screws including the sill trim/kick plate.
6. 0 Modification is required for install. You remove the blower fan, pop in the filter, and re-install the blower fan.
