2 x OEM Brake Rotors - 43512-0C011
1 x set of OEM Brake Pads - 04465-0C012
Power Stop S2632 calipers from Rock Auto
They do NOT fit together

I would suspect you have the wrong calipers in the box. Do you see any stampings or markings on the calipers?
