I’m doing UCAs to avoid having my CV boots torn due to the lift. I had a 3 inch toytec lift on my old 3rd Gen with stock UCAs and ended up having torn boots

I chose Ironman ProForge UCAs for that reason.
They're not adjustable like the SPCs and others, they have built in camber and then the alignment shop just adjusts the LCA appropriately like normal.
They use an OEM spec ball joint, so it's just normal, no additional greasing or maintenance required.
As others have said, UCAs will not help with your CV axle angle. Really that comes down to your overall lift height. The higher the lift, the higher the CV angle, the more stress on the joints. A diff drop will help, but not much in my experience, and that moves the stressor slightly off the CV axle and onto the differential pinion since the diff is now lower.
