What about the hub or bearing at that location? Maybe there is an issue there.
They were new, balanced, and aligned tires before the last trip.

I don’t feel any wobble in any of the wheels and spinning them sounds fine. A few people have mentioned the hub, bearings. Upon research its a part people don’t really replace.

I don’t notice any obviously rear axle damage, or frame damage with my unexperienced eyes.

A friend said it could be my gears are worn out in the rear diff.

Its probably an impossible fix without anything being actually obvious. I know my shocks and struts and things are not in the greatest condition, but my 3rd gen was older and I never touched anything on it for 15 years and the tires wore out normal.
