Fuel pump relay question

Hi everyone,

Today I changed my original pump on my 2000 v6 4runner with an equivalent denso unit and when I shut off the car it sounds to me I can hear the pump run for a second or two and then I hear a relay click and the noise shuts off. The noise is like a humming noise and at first I thought it was the charcoal canister in engine bay making the sound. I confirmed that the noise does sound like it is coming from the fuel tank. I have turned on and off the car several times and noise is consistent. I haven't driven the car much but it drives normal no issues so far or codes. I've owned the 4runner for a long time and I'm pretty sure it didn't make this noise in the past. Any ideas and should I be concerned?

Thanks

MikeM
