Anyone know where the voltage for the cold start inj. timer comes from?

my cold start injector works, but only if i put 12v to it, its not getting voltage on "start/crank"..
and yes we checked the CSIT (timer switch) its good but its not getting any voltage either.
anyone know where the voltage for the timer switch comes from? does it get voltage from the COR? The solenoid, or the neutral park switch? i ask because i used to hear the COR get a click when cranking, now i dont, at all but if i put power to the injector + side it makes the COR click like it used it on start.
---note: the park neutral switch on the A/T is dead so we bypassed it. is that possibly why we have no power to the CSIT?
---issue #2 with the CSI injector fuel line disconnected, and we hit "start" why isnt the fuel pump coming on making it spray fuel? aqain truck runs lol every video we watch testing the CSI its spews fuel, ours dont like its not priming, but it runs.
