Yep. just waiting to see what they say/offer with this mess. but i am strongly leaning towards asking for a refund, and just spending the money on a nice suspension set up, or some sliders.
I went with the audio route to make it a nicer place to be for my wife. but at this point the wife is just going to have to accept this, and live with me lifting it
