The TRD PRO sits 1 inch higher in the front and the same rear ride height using the same rear springs(which determine rear ride height) in the rear as the TRD OR.
Sounds like you are just going for looks to match the TRD PRO and not really offroading it or getting super big tires , so complete new suspension is over kill .......unless money is not an object. I'm sure the aftermarket suspension companies would love to sell you a whole new suspension though .
You can put a 1 inch spacer (1/2" spacer gives 1 inch lift) in the front and match the stance of the PRO exactly. Like these ...

Even though it says to 2019 ,They fit 22's as the suspension is the same as I just put Icons on my 22 and have lifted many 4runners.
That's what I ran years ago when I bought my first 5th Gen and there was no ride difference from stock and it aligned easily with stock UCA's .
