Ko2 is garbage in wet and snow if that is what you want as most important. I can only speak to NW weather, and it inspires no confidence. With wet and snow here, many of my friends and I have stopped using KO2.
Falken Wildpeaks, huge different. Way better in wet, and also less city road noise.
Just my 2 cents, but stay away from KO2, there are better wet options.
