You need 10-15 comments in order to make your own posts. In order to build up to the 10-15 comments, you can help answer someone elses question in some of the recent threads that you know the answer, or comment on someone's build thread and compliment them on something you liked
You also may be able to search for a similar question that was already asked, and revitalize an older thread to build on the current information there.
